When will I receive my tickets?

At the email address on your order, normally no later than 24 to 48 hours before the event. Where the organiser releases entry passes late, that can be the day before — your order is confirmed either way, and we email you as soon as the tickets are ready.

What happens if the event is cancelled?

If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you receive a full refund. If it is rescheduled, tickets normally stay valid for the new date. The full rules are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Are the tickets genuine?
